Security User information is stored on servers in a locked, secure environment. These servers are protected form hackers with firewalls and a variety of other security mechanisms and procedures. This access is only by a private network within our offices or by password protected accounts with encryption (SSL) for the employer administrator outside of our offices. We also work hard to protect user-information off-line. Only employees who need the user information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative) are granted access.
